Terms of Service

This document governs the use of CelebrancyHQ’s operational safety audit services for corporate events. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. All references to “the Company” mean CelebrancyHQ, registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Scope of Services

CelebrancyHQ provides B2B corporate events logistics auditing, focusing on operational safety for large-scale enterprise summits. Our audits assess compliance with CAMA requirements, including venue safety protocols, vendor liability structures, and emergency response readiness. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory approval from any third party.

Client Responsibilities

The client must supply accurate and complete documentation regarding event logistics, vendor contracts, and safety plans. Failure to disclose material information may void the audit certification. The client is responsible for implementing any corrective actions identified in the audit report within the agreed timeline.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under CAMA, CelebrancyHQ’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific audit engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility.

Intellectual Property

All audit reports, methodologies, and documentation produced by CelebrancyHQ remain our intellectual property. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for internal compliance purposes only. Redistribution or publication without prior written consent is prohibited.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. CelebrancyHQ reserves the right to suspend services immediately if the client fails to comply with safety regulations or provides misleading information. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date.

Modifications and Governing Law

These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State.
